Knowing Truth is only 'real' when it is lived and directly experienced, not just intellectually understood. When there seems to be a perceivable 'gap' between the Truth (Absolute Reality) & experience, there is simply an issue of incomplete Contemplation. Complete Contemplation (Asbolute Reality Is One 'Eternally'/already/now/always/Omnipresently) requires total 'single mindedness', so much so that In Truth we are unaware of anything else.
Complete Contemplation - Absolute Reality Is One - is the topic of this LIVE session & couldn't be of greater importance. Many know 'about' Truth, few there be indeed that genuinely Know (through experience) God Consciousness; Truth As One. It needn't be this way but there are precise requirements we must adhere to in order to Know Thy Self & 'reap' Spiritual Reality; ie KNOW Perfect Peace, Harmony, Happiness & Abundance.
To be exquisitely precise & specific, there is NO separation, never has been & never will be; only One Is As All. That Which Is The Omnipresent Omnipresence never had a beginning & thus has no ending, this is the Nature Of Reality As Consciousness; Consciousness Is All there is, has been, can be & will be.
Consciousness is the Only (sole/Soul) Substance of Life & simultaneous Supply & Activity. Consciousness can't 'become' another substance because there is no other substance. What appears as 'something' else is merely a sense of That Which Is 100% Consciousness (Spirit), appearing as 'something else' as a result of misidentification & subsequent misperception.
There is only One Reality, One Consciousness, One Life. There is no validity to the word “and” (me and Life, me and God, Spirit and matter, Truth and problems, me/you/anything and...). All sense of separation is merely as a trick/illusion to be seen through; mere ignorance for which the remedy is clear Awareness.
-Contemplation must be complete, total, Absolute. Simply thinking about or reading about Spiritual Truth isn’t enough. If you say, “I know the truth, but…” & still experience lack, sickness, or conflict, this means the Contemplation (recognition & acknowledgement that ONLY Truth Is True) isn’t yet complete. True knowing always shows up as lived experience.
We also explore Revelation vs. reading in this session. Reading spiritual books or feeling “resonance” is helpful but not the goal, rather we're pointed 'within' far deeper.
Revelation can be described as:
- The Self revealing itself as “I Am”
- Arising from being still and accepting what you are, not from collecting more information.
- A depth of inner recognition where two (self and God, Spirit and a false separate sense of "I") become one.
Truth is utterly practical and present, of what 'use' is it otherwise? For VERY good reason, "Know Thy Self" has been the directive since antiquity. "Get thee understanding" & THEN you have the keys to the Kingdom! Truth is meant to be evident right where the need seems to be (health, supply, harmony, etc.), just as in the examples of "loaves and fishes" as demonstrated by Christ Jesus.
There is no real gap between True Revelation and manifestation—if there appears to be, we’re still misidentifying ourselves as a person rather than as Consciousness in all Its Immaculate Grace & Glory.
The absolute is absolute. There is no valid, “and” in truth, Truth AND problem; health and disease; Spirit and matter. Problems are not unlike to darkness—not something to fix, but something that disappears when Llight (Truth Awareness) is recognized.
Identity is everything:
- Experience always reflects what we are being. Misidentifying as a limited person brings limitation; recognizing "I Am the One Consciousness / I Am the Light reveals wholeness, abundance, and harmony.
The path of The Greater Works (Complete Contemplation) is to accept fully what “I Am” & THAT I Am Now As Omnipresent, Omnipotent, Omniscient, Omniactive Life Itself.
Enjoy the session below, with Love:
Stop settling for “knowing about” spiritual truth. Put the books down periodically, be still, and accept that you *are* the one presence and power. When this recognition is deep and complete, life naturally reflects wholeness, abundance, health, and harmony—without any gap between inner realization and outer experience.
Here are some practical ways to live what was shared in this session, grounded in the actual themes and language used.
1. Shift from “knowing about” to fully embodied Being Truth (Truthful Being As One Now).
Instead of:
- “I know the truth, but my situation is still bad.”
Practice:
- When you catch yourself saying or thinking “I know the truth, but…”, pause immediately.
- Silently replace it with something like:
- “If I still see a ‘but’, I’m being misidentified. Let me rest as I Am.”
- Then stop thinking about the problem and sit quietly, even for 2–3 minutes, with one simple recognition:
- “I Am the one consciousness. There is no ‘and’.”
Do this especially when you seem to 'see' conflict, lack, or fear.
2. Daily engage in Complete Contemplation that goes all the way.
Make contemplation less about thinking and more about recognizing. Here's an example:
1. Take 5–10 minutes a day (or more if you feel called).
2. Gently bring in one truth, for example:
- “Consciousness is all.”
- “There is only Omnipresence, so there is no ‘me and life’—only life.”
3. Stay with it until it includes your actual situation:
- Health
- Money
- Relationships
- Work
4. Check yourself:
- If you’re thinking, “This is true spiritually, but in my life…” you haven’t gone far enough. Let that “but” be your signal to keep resting and recognizing:
- “The universal truth is the specific truth, here, as this very situation.”
3. Practice (through recognition of Truth/Fact/Law) NO separation in everyday moments.
Throughout the day, especially when things feel “ordinary” or “problematic”:
- When you see:
- Your body
- Other people
- A room, traffic, objects
Try this inner shift:
- Instead of: “That’s my body / that person / this material world”
- Gently recognize:
- “I am seeing Consciousness in form, but it is still the formless One.”
- “There is not Omnipresence and me. Omnipresence is all that is here.”
This trains the mind out of the automatic habit of duality (“me in a world”) and into the Reality Of/As Oneness.
4. When a problem appears, don’t fix—question its reality.
This session points through simile, equating problems to darkness:
- When something looks wrong (health, money, emotions):
1. Acknowledge:
- “This is like darkness—it has no independent reality.”
2. Refuse to wrestle with the appearance:
- No mental fixing, no spiritual “technique” to change it.
3. Turn to the light:
- “I Am the light of the world. Only what is permanent and painless is real.”
4. Rest there until you feel even a small inner shift from fear to a sense of presence or stillness & don't stop there, go deeper.
The practice is not to change the picture, but to see from Truth and let the picture follow.
5. Use reading differently, as a pointer, not source.
In answering Tracy's question, we looked at the 'best' way to approach reading & where to give 'attention' instead.
- Keep reading if you enjoy it, but change why you read:
- Read only to be pointed back to your own "I Am", not to get “hits” or “highs”.
- After reading something that resonates:
1. Close the book.
2. Sit still for at least 2–5 minutes.
3. Drop every quote and concept, and simply recognize:
- “I Am that which the words point to.”
4. Let the silence - the Infinite Wisdom of Being - (not the words) be the teacher.
6. “Be still and know”: a simple Revelation practice suggestion from this session (the KEY is consistency in recognition of The Absolute):
1. Sit comfortably. Close your eyes if that helps.
2. Let thoughts move as they will; don’t chase or fight them.
3. Gently lean into this inner recognition:
- “I Am.”
- Not “I am Sally, I am a person,” but just the bare fact “I Am.”
4. Sense that this “I Am”:
- Is already whole
- Is already here
- Has no opposite, no “and”
5. Stay for a few minutes, even if nothing dramatic happens.
This repeated “being still as I Am” is revelatory (with persistent recognition of Truth), not just mental.
7. Apply the “right where the need seems to be” Principle Truth ALREADY Is.
When there’s a clear need (money, health, relationship tension):
- Instead of pushing truth away into a “higher realm”, somewhere else or future:
- Say inwardly:
- “If Omnipresence is all, then the fulfillment is right here, where the need seems to be.”
- “There is no gap between revelation and manifestation in truth.”
- Hold that without strain; don’t try to imagine solutions.
You’re simply refusing to believe in a separate place where God or good is & acknowledging the Truth of Completeness right 'here' Where I Am & As I Am.
Here’s a simple daily approach based directly on the core message of this session. You can choose the short version (5–10 mins total) or the deeper version (20–30 mins total).
Option A: Short Daily Routine (Busy Day – ~5–10 minutes)
Morning (2–4 minutes): Stand In Truthful Being - Establish Identity as I Am
1. Sit quietly, eyes open or closed.
2. Gently repeat inwardly:
- “I Am.”
- “There is only one consciousness. No ‘and’.”
3. Then include your day:
- “The universal truth is the specific truth here, in my day, in every detail.”
Goal: Start the day recognising What I Am REALLY As Consciousness, not as “a person with problems.”
During the Day take micro-moments, 10–30 seconds in the recognition of Oneness (NO separation exists because it is a fallacy), you may even realize that the clear Awareness of Truth is the Truth Aware As Itself (Life Aware - "I" & The Father ARE One):
Use these whenever you're called to & not just when you notice stress, fear, or “I know the truth, but…”:
1. Pause.
2. Silently notice the “but” and reframe:
- “If there’s a ‘but’, my contemplation is not complete.”
- “I Am the Light. This ‘problem’ is just darkness, not a thing.”
3. Feel even a tiny shift from being the worrier to being Awareness Itself.
Goal: Recognise you NOW live without the ‘and’ (no “truth and problem,” “me and God”).
Evening (2–4 minutes): Deepen recognition / review:
1. Recall a situation from your day that felt difficult.
2. Ask inwardly:
- “If consciousness is all, how is that true right where this seemed to be?”
3. Sit 1–2 minutes in quiet recognition:
- “There is no gap between revelation and manifestation in truth. The absolute is absolute.”
4. Let go of trying to fix the situation; simply be the One Presence (Recognise I Am Now Omnipresence).
Goal: Convert the day’s experiences into deeper recognition, not more story.
Option B: Deeper Daily Routine (If you can do 20–30 minutes)
Morning (10–15 minutes): Complete contemplation
1. Centering (2–3 minutes)
- Sit quietly. Let the breath be natural.
- Gently rest in:
- “I Am That I Am.”
- “Omnipresence includes All As All; there is no ‘me and life’.”
2. Contemplation (5–8 minutes)
Take 'A' Truth from the meeting and go deeper, for example:
- “The Absolute IS Absolute; there is no ‘and’ in Reality.”
- “Consciousness Is All; Universal Truth is also the Specific Truth.” Another way to say this is that what is True Of God Is ALL that can be True Of Me - what God didn't 'make' isn't anything at all.
Let it touch concrete areas:
- Health
- Finances
- Relationships
- Work
Each time a “but” arises, respond inwardly:
- “A ‘but’ only shows misidentification. I am not a limited person; I Am Immaculate, Infinite Consciousness.”
3. Stillness / Revelation (2–4 minutes)
- Drop all words.
- Simply be:
- “I Am.”
This is 'where' Revelation Reveals—genuine Self Knowing Itself.
During the Day: Live “no separation”
Use triggers (phone notifications, walking through a doorway, before calls/meetings):
- Briefly recognize:
- “What I see is Pure Consciousness in form, but it is the Infininte All-Encompassing Formless One.”
- “Omnipresence is here/there/everywhere; there is no other presence.”
When a problem appears:
1. Don’t fix; question its reality:
- “This is like darkness—it has no independent reality.”
2. Turn to the light:
- “I Am the Light of the world. Only what is permanent and painless is real.”
Evening (10–15 minutes): Integration and deeper seeing:
1. Contemplation (5–7 minutes)
Choose one situation and contemplate:
- “The universal truth is the specific truth here, not somewhere else.”
- “Truth is meant to be evident right where the need seems to be.”
Allow yourself to feel that good is already present, even if the appearance hasn’t changed (don't judge from appearances nor take thought because Truth is not found 'there', It Is Already Fully Established In Perfection As I Am IN Immaculate Aware Consciousness).
3. Rest as I Am (2–3 minutes)
- Drop the situation.
- Rest in:
- “I Am the one life, the one consciousness, never separate, never lacking.”

Thank You! Very practical; the Truth is not a far off distant theoretical subject to be known about, but is to be Lived and Known. I Am That I Am. 💕
