God Consciousness: The END Of Seeking

God Consciousness - The End Of Seeking

God Consciousness: The End of Seeking and the Recognition “I Am”

If you’ve been on the spiritual path for a while, you may have noticed something: the deeper you go, the less the old seeker language makes sense.

At a certain point, the idea that you are “trying to get to God” starts to fall apart. Instead, a more radical recognition arises:

What if God Consciousness is all there is, and what I call “I” is that?

Here, we’re not talking about a state you attain or a peak mystical event. We’re talking about reality as it is: Omnipresent, Omnipotent, Omniscient Consciousness as your only identity; As "I" Is Now/Eternally.

For advanced students of A Course in Miracles and non‑dual teachings, this isn’t a stretch. It’s the natural culmination of everything you’ve practiced, prayed, questioned, and surrendered.

You are no longer a seeker. You are the found.

From Seeker to Found: Dropping the Last Spiritual Identity

In God Consciousness, the entire identity of “spiritual seeker” dissolves.

The seeker is the one who says:

  • “I’m trying to awaken.”

  • “I need more healing, more release, more insight.”

  • “One day I’ll be fully realised.”

But from the vantage point of I Am, all of that is just misidentification:

  • The “I” you truly are is not personal.

  • It is not a body-mind on a path.

  • It is pure awareness, consciousness aware of itself as itself.

This is why ACIM’s line, “I am as God created me,” is not a mantra to repeat until it feels true—it is a literal description of what you are now.

The seeker is a character in a dream, believing it has to earn what has never been absent.

When misidentification is corrected, the entire spiritual journey is seen for what it was: a dream of becoming laid over an already complete reality.

You were never on the road to god consciousness.

You have always been God Consciousness Itself; Infinite Consciousness Aware As Itself

What Is God Consciousness, Really?

Let’s be clear. When we speak of God Consciousness, we are not referring to:

  • An emotional high

  • A visionary experience

  • A temporary bliss state

We are pointing to what is always true:

  • Omnipresence – One presence, everywhere, without exception.

  • Omnipotence – One power, never opposed, never threatened.

  • Omniscience – One mind, one knowing, one intelligence.

“God” is not a being with consciousness. God IS Consciousness; One. And that Consciousness is what is looking out through your eyes and reading this right now.

Call it:

  • The I Am

  • Christ Mind

  • Pure awareness

  • Non‑dual consciousness

The name doesn’t matter. The reality does: there is only one I.

When scripture declares, “I am the first and the last, and beside me there is no God,” it is describing this fact: there is no second identity, no rival mind, no other self.

God Consciousness is simply the recognition of that Oneness as your own Identity.

Fulfilment Without Conditions

One of the most beautiful aspects of God Consciousness is the end of conditional living.

The personal identity lives on conditions:

  • “I’ll be at peace when…”

  • “I’ll be fulfilled if…”

  • “I’ll finally rest once…”

But in reality, fulfilment is not something you achieve. It is inherent in what you are.

The “I” that you are—as god consciousness—is:

  • Pristine, immaculate, infinite

  • Complete, eternal, divine

  • Already fully satisfied as itself

This is not mindset work. It’s not positive thinking. It’s the recognition that what you are lacks nothing, needs nothing, and is untouched by appearances.

The misidentified self can (accurately) say, “Of myself, I am nothing.” But from God Consciousness, that is liberating in liberation now—not depressing—because you see that the “self” that is nothing was never you.

You are not “of yourself” at all.

You are of God—which is another way of saying, you are of Consciousness Itself; One Inseparable Whole.

Perfect Peace: The Litmus Test of Truth

How do you know you’re resting in god consciousness and not just spinning another spiritual concept?

One simple indicator stands out:

Perfect peace.

Not as a mood, not as an occasional calm, but as a silent, stable foundation that underlies every experience.

This doesn’t mean the nervous system never flares or that emotions never move through. It means:

  • You no longer derive identity from thoughts, sensations, or circumstances.

  • Suffering is not treated as something real that must be fixed, not independently occuring as a flaw.

  • Appearances are recognised as dream content, not ultimate truth.

A Course in Miracles is clear: a happy dream is still a dream. From God Consciousness, you are no longer trying to use truth to tidy up the dream.

You are not waking up to go back in as a more powerful dream character. You are waking up to see:

  • The entire dream—spiritual or worldly—is nothing in what you truly are.

  • What you are is the light in which the dream appears.

  • That light is god consciousness.

Hearing the Truth About Yourself—From the Right Side

ACIM tells us:

“You must hear the truth about yourself often.”

This is frequently taken as a call to repeat spiritual statements until we feel convinced. But from God Consciousness, you understand:

  • Truth is not something that becomes true when you believe it.

  • Truth is fact, independent of your belief.

  • Hearing the truth often is about deepening recognition, not earning it.

The real “pre‑work” is simply this:

“I accept what I am. I accept that reality is already established.”

From there, when you hear the truth about yourself:

  • It ignites what has always been known.

  • It clarifies what is already real.

  • It loosens the remaining grip of misidentification.

You’re not trying to make the truth yours. You’re letting go of everything that suggests there is anything but truth.

Living as God Consciousness: The Finished Kingdom

So what does it look like to live from god consciousness, practically?

A few simple recognitions guide everything:

  • You are not under the law. You are the principle of your own being, self‑governed and self‑sustained—as consciousness, not as a person.

  • You belong to God—and God is your only Self. There is no separate owner, no “me” in charge. What you are is God identified as you.

  • You are the light. You are no longer seeking the light, trying to become spiritual, or fixing yourself. You live as the light in which all arises.

  • You stop negotiating with appearances. You rest in the finished Kingdom, recognising that reality is already done, already whole, already complete.

You don’t struggle to become what you already are. You simply stop arguing with it.

The Simple, Radical Fact

In the end, all of this can be said very simply:

  • God Consciousness is all there is.

  • The “I” that you are is that god consciousness.

  • There has never been a separate seeker.

You are the light, the I Am, the omnipresent awareness in which all things appear.

You are not walking toward this truth.

You are this truth, now—and you always have been.
