It is our pleasure to provide you with this script that you can 'make your own' on the way to genuine (tangible) Oneness; True Self Revelation. To Know Thy Self is to Know Heaven exclusively As I Am; aka Reality.
You can listen to one of our 'live' session replays as an example here: https://youtu.be/bRFnu-4gyAI
Guided Oneness Meditation Script: Standing in Omnipresence
Opening (Setting the Space – 1–2 minutes)
Welcome.
Take a comfortable seat or lie down, be at ease. Gently let your hands rest where they naturally fall. If it’s comfortable, allow your eyes to softly close.
Today, we are not practicing a technique or doing a mental exercise. We are resting as full, open, awake, Aware Consciousness.
This is a time of recognition – to stand in the truth, as the truth, and let Reality reveal itself.
Settling Into 'Neutral' - Noticing Mode (2–3 minutes)
Begin by noticing the natural rhythm of your breath.
No need to change it. Simply notice the inhale… and the exhale.
Feel the weight of your body being held right now. Supported by the chair, the cushion, the bed, the floor.
Let the muscles of your face soften. Soften your forehead… your eyes… your jaw. Let your shoulders drop a little more. Let your hands be easy. Let your belly soften.
You are not trying to get somewhere. You are simply resting back – with soft eyes behind the eyelids, soft listening, soft awareness.
Settle into JUST noticing as an impartial bystander.
It's important to realize that nothing we can 'do', even deliberately relaxing the body changes the Truth of Omnipresence, rather this 'settling' is priming focus, so that we are more prepared to recognise That Which Is Infinite and Eternal already here where and as I Now Am.
We are not trying to figure anything out. We are simply accepting That Which Is.
Recognizing “I Am” and Omnipresence (3–4 minutes)
Allow this simple recognition to arise within you:
“What I truly am is not confined, not personal, not limited.”
Feel into the sense that Awareness is here – prior to any thought, prior to any story. This Awareness is what we call I Am.
Let these words wash through you, not as ideas to analyze, but as a living recognition:
“Omnipresence is not a theory or an intellectual concept. Omnipresence is fact – to be known and experienced.”
Gently notice: Awareness is present everywhere your attention goes. Whatever arises in experience appears in this Awareness.
There is only One presence, One aliveness, showing up as all that you sense and know.
Silently, you may affirm:
“I am Conscious Awareness. I am the very presence of life.”
Let this be simple. No effort. Just recognition.
Father and Son – One “I” (3–4 minutes)
Now, in and as this quiet Awareness, notice the sense of “I”.
Not the personal “I” who seems to have a history or future…But the simple, clear I that is aware.
Let these words be spoken slowly within you:
“I is the name that Awareness gives itself. It is not personal. It never has been.”
Gently receive:
“The Father and I are one. The body of the Father I Am is the body of the Son I Am. The body of the Son I Am is the body of the Father I Am.”
Feel how these words dissolve separation. There is not a distant God, and a separate you. There is One I – Conscious Awareness, Father and Son – not two.
Rest in this:
“The Infinite I that I Am Father is the same infinite I that I Am Son.”
Sense into this wholeness:
“I Am Infinite, Constant Wholeness, Completeness, Allness.”
Let your understanding of I be expansive and all-encompassing. Not confined to the idea of a small assumed physical body, a small life, a small story. But vast, spacious, boundless.
Desirelessness and Fulfillment (2–3 minutes)
From this recognition, notice what happens to desire.
Let these words move through you:
“Desirelessness is reality, for I have everything wanted. I can want for no thing at all.”
Feel how, in this moment, nothing is missing.
Right now, without changing anything, notice the completeness of this presence. Nothing needs to be added. Nothing needs to be taken away.
Silently recognise:
“I am already whole. I am already fulfilled. All that God is, is present right here, As All That I am.”
Let that sink in: All that God is, all that Life is, all that Consciousness is, is here as you, as I Am.
Conscious Awareness as the Currency of Life (2–3 minutes)
Now, gently turn your attention to the quality of this Awareness I Am.
“Conscious awareness is the currency of life –Omnipresent, Omnipotent, Omniscient, Omniactive.”
Feel into the aliveness, the intelligence, the quiet power of this presence.
You can silently speak:
“I Am living Love. I Am Mind that is alive. I Am Consciousness that is Life Everlasting.”
Notice how this isn’t something you are trying to become. It is what you are, before any thought about yourself.
Allow any sense of “specialness” to drop away:
“This is nothing special. Impersonal reality belongs to no one, but is the fact of that which is. All are chosen, because all are the same one.”
Let that oneness be felt – a gentle, inclusive warmth that leaves no one out.
The Key Question: Is This Happening for God? (3–4 minutes)
Now, let’s bring this into the apparent situations of life.
Gently bring to mind something that has seemed challenging or confusing lately. Hold it very lightly – you don’t need to dive into the story, just a simple sense of it.
Now, softly ask from this aware presence:
“Is this happening for God?”
Let the question echo in your awareness.
“Does it take God time to get anywhere? Is God lacking anything?”
Let the obvious answer reveal itself: No. Omnipresence lacks nothing. Omnipresence is not on its way to wholeness – It Is Wholeness.
Feel the implication:
If Omnipresence is the only Reality, and I Am this Omnipresence, then whatever appears is held within this One Presence, this One Intelligence.
Silently acknowledge:
“There is only one thing going on –Omnipresence as all things, everywhere.”
Notice the peace that comes when you are not tricked by appearances. Notice what it’s like to be immovably peaceful, even for just a moment.
Vigilance in Truth (2–3 minutes)
Recognize that living this truth is not passive.
The effort here is not to fix the world, not to rearrange circumstances, but to be vigilant in truth.
Quietly acknowledge:
“It is the truth that sets me free. My work is to know Omnipresence so thoroughly that I cannot be tricked by the illusion of duality.”
You might feel inspired to commit, gently:
“I really want the truth. I am willing to give my attention to what is real. I am willing to live as this truth.”
Let that willingness be felt as a soft, steady flame in the heart of awareness.
Living Abundance (2–3 minutes)
Now let this recognition touch the practical areas of life.
Without strain, simply notice:
Money…Health…Relationships…Joy…Harmony…
Instead of seeing them as things to chase, see them as natural expressions of this one infinite presence you already are.
Silently recognise:
“Living abundance is living the fact of reality. I live with all I could want, with health that does not fail, with joy and harmony, as the natural outpouring of what I Am.”
No forcing, no pretending – just a gentle knowing:
“Only perfection is. Only the truth is true. This is the foundation of my life.”
Closing (2–3 minutes)
Begin to notice your breath again.Inhale… and exhale…
Recognize:
“This same I Am, this same presence, is here as I open my eyes, is here as I move through my day. There is only one reality, and it is nearer than breath, closer than hands and feet because there is no separation anywhere, I Am Omnipresent Omnipresence.”
When you’re ready, take a slightly deeper breath.
And, in your own time, softly open your eyes, bringing this recognition of Omnipresent I Am into every step, every word, every moment.
The foundation is established. Only the Truth is true. Only Perfection Is.
To use this in real time, you can:
Read it slowly with frequent pauses.
Emphasize key phrases like “I Am,” “Omnipresence,” and “Only the Truth is true.”
Stretch or compress sections depending on whether you want a 10-minute or 30-minute meditation.
